Returns and exchange policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase without giving any reason. We are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange size if required. You can also return goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality. Please inform us if there is a problem with the item you have purchased. Kindly return item in original condition with tags. Include your name, address, purchase date etc. in return package so we identify your return. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the item being received. In certain cases refund process will take longer than usual time. This may be due to the card type and the bank being used. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us, so please ensure to return by recorded delivery. We offer to exchange size for UK customers without any additional postage costs from our side. However please confirm with us before exchange to ensure we have your required size available. For international deliveries postage cost for returns / exchange will be buyers responsibility both ways.
